Tonight I got to meet Bear, a 7 week old baby boy from Haiti.  This little guy has spina bifida and is here receiving surgery.  He was able to finally get a visa to come to the States and is now scheduled to undergo his first surgery tomorrow morning.  There is a kind, amazing mom [...]

No matter how ridiculous it seems to spend money on a haircut for Malachi to get rid of his mullet, do NOT let Halim cut his hair.  Here is a visual reminder of why this is a bad idea . . .
